Hi, I’m Michelle Baldoni: author, designer, and certified copyeditor with a soft spot for cozy romances, fantasy, and beautiful book design. I’ve been in the indie publishing trenches myself, and I know firsthand how overwhelming (and rewarding) the creative process can be. That’s why I’m here: to help fellow authors bring their stories to life with clarity, confidence, and heart.

I’ve been writing since I was a little kid — the kind who filled notebooks with stories inspired by dreams, travels, and the occasional piece of art that caught my imagination. Raised by three generations of strong women (plus my grandpa), I grew up believing in the power of words to connect and comfort (even if my grandma probably shouldn’t have read Moby Dick to a seven-year-old.)

These days, you’ll find me tucked away at my desk in sunny Southern California, one cat stealing my workspace while the other supervises from my shoulders. When I’m not writing my next small-town romance (like my debut, Kissing the Best Man…Again), I’m helping other authors polish their manuscripts, design captivating covers, and format their books for a professional, reader-ready finish.
